NetOptimal Application uses your Web browser's client-side abilities, including HTC behavior scripting. You either have one of these features turned off or your security settings are set so high that they prevent these features from being used. To enable these features, add the NetOptimal Application URL (http://www.netoptimal.com) to your list of Trusted Sites and try your request again.

To assign the NetOptimal Application site to the Trusted sites security zone:
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab, and then click the Trusted sites zone.
3. Click Sites.
4. In the Add this Web site to the zone box, type http://www.netoptimal.com, and then click Add.
